The ESB Mexican American Cultural Center is pleased to present a Literature Workshop by Mexican author María García Esperón on May 5th, 2014 at 1pm. This FREE workshop is geared for grades 6th-12th. Students will listen to a reading of Copo de Algodón and then participate in a writing activity inspired by Aztec poetry.
Copo de Algodón tells the story of Tecuixpo Ixtlaxóchitl, the daughter of emperor Moctezuma.
